Nodarama Platform

Terms of Service

General terms for use of Nodarama websites, software, accounts, beta products, AI-assisted workflows, licenses, downloads, automation tools, and related services.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Nodarama products, websites, software, accounts, downloads, hosted services, local tools, or related services, users agree to these Terms of Service and any related policies that apply.

If a user does not agree to these terms, they should not access, download, install, activate, or use Nodarama products or services.

Service Description

Nodarama provides tools for AI-assisted building, local project workflow support, code-change review, restore points, manifest execution, automation, local model workflows, policy resources, account access, licensing, and related software experiences.

Product features may vary by account tier, license, operating system, local configuration, connected AI services, and beta-stage development status.

Beta Software

Nodarama products may be provided in beta, early access, test, or experimental form. Features may contain bugs, incomplete behavior, changing interfaces, limited availability, data loss risk, compatibility issues, or unexpected results.

Users should keep backups, test changes, maintain restore points where available, and avoid relying on beta software as the only protection for critical systems, production deployments, regulated work, or client obligations.

Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and preventing unauthorized access to their account or license. Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated for misuse, fraud, abuse, non-payment, unlawful use, unauthorized sharing, or violation of these terms.

Nodarama may use activation records, account status, license tier, device information, and service records to validate access and enforce plan limits.

Payments and Licenses

Paid access, subscription plans, founder offers, renewal options, and lifetime licenses are governed by the terms shown at purchase and any specific license document that applies. Founding and lifetime offers may be limited quantity, limited time, or subject to eligibility requirements.

Manual provisioning may be used during beta. Access timing may depend on payment verification, account activation, license validation, and operational availability.

User Content and Project Files

Users retain responsibility for their prompts, project files, local files, generated code, manifests, automations, workflow decisions, and deployment choices. Nodarama may provide tools to inspect, propose, record, log, restore, or implement changes, but users remain responsible for final use.

Users should not upload, transmit, or process content through Nodarama in a way that violates law, third-party rights, confidentiality duties, employment duties, client obligations, or platform policies.

AI and Generated Output

Nodarama may help users work with local language models, GPT-style tools, browser AI systems, or other AI services. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, insecure, or unsuitable for production use.

Users are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating AI-generated suggestions, manifests, code, explanations, and changes before relying on them.

Acceptable Use

Users may not use Nodarama for unlawful activity, harmful conduct, malware, unauthorized access, credential theft, phishing, spam, harassment, unauthorized scraping, evasion of safeguards, fraud, impersonation, denial of service, exploitation of vulnerable systems, or activity that harms systems, services, users, organizations, or third parties.

Users may not use Nodarama to violate applicable laws, violate third-party service terms, infringe intellectual property rights, misuse private data, interfere with external systems, or assist another person in doing so.

Spam, Abuse, and Harmful Automation

Nodarama may not be used to create, coordinate, or improve systems for spam, unsolicited messaging, abusive automation, mass account creation, deceptive outreach, credential harvesting, unlawful surveillance, unauthorized data extraction, or manipulative activity.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any automation, integrations, scripts, or workflows they create comply with applicable laws and the rules of any external platform or service involved.

Monitoring, Risk Control, and Evidence Preservation

Nodarama reserves the right to monitor account activity, access patterns, activation records, license usage, service requests, support records, system logs, telemetry where enabled, and related operational data where reasonably necessary to operate the service, enforce these terms, prevent abuse, protect users, limit risk, reduce liability, or comply with law.

If Nodarama becomes aware that its systems may have been used in connection with unlawful activity, harmful activity, policy violations, abuse, fraud, or activity that may expose Nodarama to legal risk or liability, Nodarama may preserve, review, collect, and disclose relevant evidence as required or permitted by law.

Nodarama may cooperate with lawful requests from courts, regulators, law enforcement, payment processors, hosting providers, or other authorities where legally required or where disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, users, third parties, or the platform.

Nothing in these terms requires Nodarama to actively monitor all user activity. The right to monitor exists to protect the platform, users, third parties, and Nodarama from misuse and unlawful conduct.

Security and Safeguards

Nodarama may provide guardrails, project limits, abstraction layers, manifest review tools, logging, restore points, and other controls intended to reduce risk. Users may not attempt to bypass, disable, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse these safeguards.

Security features are not a guarantee that all harmful or mistaken actions will be prevented. Users remain responsible for their own systems and decisions.

Suspension and Termination

Nodarama may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately if it reasonably believes an account, license, device, workflow, or user activity is involved in unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, harm, credential sharing, non-payment, prohibited deployment, excessive risk, or serious violation of these terms.

Termination for misuse, unlawful activity, or serious policy violation may not entitle the user to a refund unless required by law or a separate written agreement.

Third-Party Services

Nodarama may interact with or be used alongside third-party services, payment providers, hosting systems, browsers, AI providers, APIs, local tools, and external platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Nodarama is not responsible for third-party service behavior, availability, terms, pricing, privacy practices, data handling, or failures.

No Warranty

Nodarama is provided as is and as available. Nodarama does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output, perfect AI behavior, complete recovery, compatibility with every system, successful deployment, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nodarama is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the software, AI-generated output, local file changes, lost data, deployment errors, automation activity, third-party services, account suspension, or user-created workflows.

Users are responsible for their own backups, testing, local environments, project decisions, compliance obligations, and deployment outcomes.

Indemnity

Users agree to be responsible for claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their misuse of Nodarama, unlawful activity, violation of these terms, violation of third-party rights, or use of Nodarama in connection with harmful or unauthorized activity.

Changes

Nodarama may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after updates means the user accepts the revised terms. Material changes may be communicated through the website, account area, product interface, or other reasonable channels.
