Nodarama Verbatim

Privacy Policy

How Nodarama handles account information, licensing, support records, AI workflow data, local-system behavior, and privacy choices during beta use.

Overview

Nodarama is designed to help users move AI-assisted work into real project files with greater control, review, and visibility. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected or processed when using Nodarama websites, accounts, software, support channels, and related services.

Some Nodarama features operate locally on the user's device. Some account, activation, licensing, and route services may require communication with Nodarama servers.

Information We Collect

Depending on how the user interacts with Nodarama, information may include account email, license or subscription status, device activation records, support messages, purchase details, basic usage events, and operational logs needed to provide or troubleshoot the service.

Payment details may be handled by third-party payment providers. Nodarama should not be sent passwords, API keys, or sensitive credentials through support channels unless specifically requested through a secure process.

Local Project Data

Nodarama Verbatim may read and modify local project files when the user asks it to do so or approves a manifest. Local project contents, logs, prompts, and generated manifests may remain on the user's device unless a feature requires routing, account validation, support review, or another intentional transfer.

Users are responsible for choosing which projects, files, prompts, and AI tools they connect to Nodarama.

AI Workflow Data

When users connect local models, GPT-style systems, browser AI tools, or other AI services, those providers may process prompts, responses, code, or context according to their own policies. Nodarama does not control third-party AI provider data practices.

Users should avoid submitting credentials, private client data, trade secrets, or regulated data to AI services unless they understand the data handling rules that apply.

Telemetry and Logs

Nodarama may use local logs to show system history, diagnostics, restore activity, AI replies, code diffs, and execution status. Some tiers or settings may allow additional telemetry choices. Logs are intended to support transparency, recovery, and troubleshooting.

Security

Nodarama uses reasonable safeguards appropriate for a beta-stage software product. No system is completely secure. Users should maintain backups, use restore points, protect credentials, and review changes before relying on them in production environments.

Retention and Deletion

Account and licensing information may be retained as needed to provide access, maintain records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Users may request account review or deletion by contacting Nodarama.
