Nodarama Verbatim & Atelier
Personal Use Agreement
Single-user, freelancer, owner-operator, and personal-business use boundaries for Nodarama products, founder offers, and limited lifetime licenses.
Purpose
This Personal Use Agreement explains who may use an individual Nodarama account or personal license, what kinds of work are permitted, and where personal use ends. It clarifies the single-user nature of Nodarama access plans, including founder and lifetime offers unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
This agreement works alongside the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AI Policy, and any license-specific terms that apply to a user's plan.
Permitted Personal Use
Nodarama access may be used by one individual for personal projects, learning, solo development, freelance work, independent software projects, websites, creative tools, automations, and owner-operated business work where the account holder is the primary operator.
Users may create websites, apps, local tools, scripts, automations, documents, client deliverables, and AI-assisted project materials within the limits of their account tier, license, and applicable law.
Single-Operator Boundary
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, one account is intended for one user. The account holder may use Nodarama across their own computers and projects, but may not share credentials, pool usage, resell access, or treat a personal license as a multi-seat team license.
If more than one person needs independent access, review, execution, automation, or project control, each person should have their own account or a separate team or commercial arrangement.
Freelance and Client Work
Freelance and owner-operator client work is permitted when the licensed user is the person doing the work. For example, a freelancer may use Nodarama to build or repair a client website, create a local automation, or prepare project files for delivery.
The license does not transfer to the client. The client does not receive the right to use Nodarama unless they obtain their own account, subscription, or license.
Owner-Operator Business Use
Personal and founder-style licenses may be used for a small business where the account holder is the primary operator and Nodarama is being used as a personal productivity, development, or automation tool.
This does not include company-wide deployment, shared internal tooling for a team, employee access, department use, or any situation where the license effectively becomes a business-wide software seat.
Not Enterprise or Multi-Seat Use
Personal, founder, and lifetime access plans do not permit enterprise deployment, internal team rollout, multi-seat use, managed-service resale, commercial redistribution, white labeling, public hosting as a service, or embedding Nodarama as a platform for third-party users.
Commercial use beyond single-operator use requires a separate written agreement or a plan specifically intended for that use.
Lawful Use Required
Users must use Nodarama only for lawful purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring their projects, automations, prompts, generated code, deployments, and client work comply with the laws of their local jurisdiction and any jurisdiction affected by their work.
Personal use does not include activity that causes harm, supports unlawful conduct, violates third-party rights, or attempts to use Nodarama as cover for illegal or abusive behavior.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use Nodarama to create, assist, deploy, distribute, or coordinate malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, unauthorized scraping, harassment, surveillance without proper authority, evasion of safeguards, unauthorized access, denial of service, fraud, impersonation, exploitation of vulnerable systems, or workflows intended to harm people, services, devices, accounts, or organizations.
Users may not intentionally attempt to bypass Nodarama limits, licensing controls, guardrails, review systems, account boundaries, or abuse-prevention measures.
Monitoring and Evidence Preservation
Nodarama reserves the right to monitor account activity, access patterns, license use, support records, system logs, activation data, and related service activity where reasonably necessary to protect users, limit risk, prevent abuse, enforce this agreement, protect Nodarama's rights, or comply with law.
If Nodarama becomes aware that its system may have been used in connection with unlawful activity, harmful activity, policy violations, or activity that could expose Nodarama to legal risk or liability, Nodarama may preserve, review, collect, and disclose relevant evidence as required or permitted by law.
Nothing in this agreement requires Nodarama to actively monitor all user activity. The right to monitor exists to protect the platform, users, third parties, and Nodarama from misuse and unlawful conduct.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for protecting account credentials, maintaining local backups, creating restore points where appropriate, reviewing AI-generated output, testing changes, and deciding whether a proposed change is safe for their project.
Nodarama may provide review tools, logs, manifests, restore points, diagnostics, and guardrails, but those features do not remove the user's responsibility for their own project files, deployments, client work, and system decisions.
AI-Assisted Work
Users may use Nodarama alongside local language models, GPT-style services, browser AI tools, and other AI systems. Users are responsible for the prompts they submit, the AI output they rely on, and any code or content implemented from those outputs.
Users should avoid sending confidential, regulated, credential-based, or client-sensitive information to third-party AI services unless they understand and accept that provider's terms and privacy practices.
Suspension and Revocation
Nodarama may suspend or terminate access where misuse, credential sharing, fraud, resale, prohibited deployment, harmful conduct, unlawful activity, or serious policy violation is discovered or reasonably suspected.
Where required by law, Nodarama may preserve records and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
Beta Conditions
Nodarama products may be offered in beta, early access, or evolving form. Features, limits, privacy options, prompts, routes, guardrails, activation behavior, and pricing may change as the platform develops.
Nodarama will make reasonable efforts to preserve legitimate user access while improving the system, but beta software should not be treated as a guaranteed final product.
Relationship to Other Terms
If this Personal Use Agreement conflicts with a signed commercial agreement or specific lifetime license term, the more specific written agreement controls for that issue. Otherwise, this agreement should be read together with the Terms of Service and related Nodarama policies.
