Lifetime Founder License
A limited quantity, one-time purchase offered to early supporters of the Nodarama platform. This license recognizes your participation in a large-scale project from its earliest stage.
What Is Included
Full access to Nodarama Verbatim and Atelier for the lifetime of the platform, with no recurring subscription fees. Monthly SaaS fees are permanently waived for the holder of this license.
The decision to include additional future Nodarama products or developments under this license remains at the sole discretion of the company. Verbatim and Atelier are guaranteed inclusions.
Usage Limits
Nodarama reserves the right to impose reasonable system use limits consistent with personal and single-operator use. This license is not a guarantee of unlimited computational resource consumption. Limits, where applied, will be reasonable and communicated in advance.
Permitted Use
This license is valid for individual personal use, freelancers, and owner-operator small businesses operating under a single operator. It is intended for one person operating across their own projects and work.
Not Permitted
This license does not permit enterprise deployment, multi-seat internal rollouts, large team distribution, resale, white labeling, or any commercial redistribution of access. It is a single-operator license only.
Platform Continuity Guarantee. Nodarama commits to maintaining accessible, functional hosted servers for lifetime license holders at no charge for the life of the platform. While servers remain operational and accessible, there is no obligation to share source code or internal system architecture.
In the event that Nodarama hosted servers are permanently taken offline and no successor service is made available, lifetime license holders will receive access to the kernel and core architecture required to operate the platform locally — covering a minimum of two years of updates from the point of discontinuation — where legally permissible under applicable law.
Governing Law
This license is governed by the laws of the license holder's local territory and jurisdiction. Where conflict exists between jurisdictions, the laws of the territory in which Nodarama Determined Systems Ltd. is incorporated shall apply.
Terms and Acceptable Use
This license remains valid provided the holder complies with all applicable Nodarama Terms of Service, AI Policy, and Acceptable Use policies as updated from time to time. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those terms.
Revocation
Nodarama reserves the right to revoke this license in the event of criminal litigation arising from or related to use of the platform, where such use falls outside the bounds of this license or applicable policy, or where continued access poses a legal or reputational risk to the company. Revocation under this clause does not entitle the holder to a refund.
Revocation for reasons other than policy violation or legal risk requires a full refund of the original purchase price.
Recognition
Lifetime Founder License holders are recognized as early supporters of the Nodarama platform at a formative stage of its development. This license is offered in a limited quantity and will not be made available on an ongoing basis once the founding period closes.
